. When we receive the product back it must be in the same condition that the buyer received it in. We reserve the right to give a partial refund or no refund, as per eBay policy, if the returned product is not in the same condition or if the customer sends back the wrong product. If you order a “New” product and it is not returned in “New” condition then there will be a 10% “Re-stocking” fee. This is aloud by eBay to cover the cost of us now having relist the item in “Used” condition. If you return a “Used” item then it must be in the same condition that you received it in and you will receive your full refund.
*** Used products may or may not come in the original packaging. When we cannot send the product in the original packaging the product will be properly        secured in alternative packaging.
*** Used products are not guaranteed to come with the user’s manual.
*** We DO NOT change the address of an order once the order has been placed. You can not send us a message requesting an address change. This is due to fraud. You must cancel the order and then re-order with the correct address.
*** You MUST cancel the order through eBay. We WILL NOT cancel the order for you. When we do this we are unable to recuperate the fees that we paid to eBay on the sale. Once again, you MUST request a cancel through eBay and not through the messaging system.
