18th/19th Century Spanish Colonial American Silver mug cup 3” 4.9 oz

A fairly ornate, probably late 18th to early 19th century Spanish colonial American silver mug or a cup. This mug measures 2 inches in height by 2 inches in diameter. It features an overall engraved diamond decoration and a cast applied and engraved handle. Simple reeded rim band and foot.  The cup bears numerous dents and there is a bit of separation to the rim band. Still, a great late 18th or early 19th century unmarked piece of Spanish colonial American silver. Weighs 1.3 ounces.
